Having returned from our fourth holiday with you, I wanted to say how grateful we all are. Mark and I had travelled a lot before the kids, but since having them, we hadn’t been further than Spain. In truth, we were just really nervous about the logistics. You were so patient and gave us the confidence to try our first long haul and we haven’t looked back since! The experiences we’re giving to our children, are immeasurable. I don’t think we’d be the adventurous family we now are, if it weren’t for you and all you do to reassure us. It’s all the little things, like making sure we have transfers everywhere, or giving us really easy instructions about where our train will be departing. Japan was incredible and Joseph loved our guide – he was the sweetest man, giving Joseph tips on where he could find the best Pokemon souvenirs.
